PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES
- Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Chairman Donovan opened the meeting at 6:00 pm. In attendance were Selectmen Robert S. Donovan, Jr., James L. Doggett, Matthew A. Burrill, Larry B. Foote, Charles R. Melvin, Sr., Office Manager Mary Winglass and Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley. Minutes were transcribed and typed by Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley.
Selectman Donovan moved to go into Nonpublic Session under RSA 91-A:3 II (a) -Employee Matters. Second by Doggett, passed with a unanimous roll call vote: Donovan – aye, Doggett – aye, Burrill – aye, Foote – aye, Melvin – aye.
Nonpublic Session under RSA 91-A:3 II (a) – Employee Matters
Selectman Donovan moved to close the non-public meeting at 7:12 pm. Second by Selectman Doggett, with a roll call vote: Donovan – aye, Doggett – aye, Burrill – aye, Foote – aye, Melvin – aye. The Selectmen reserve the right to keep all matters confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the members the circumstances no longer apply.
Selectman Donovan moved to adjourn at 7:12 pm. Second by Selectman Foote.
