PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES
- Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Chairman Donovan opened the meeting at 6:00 pm. In attendance were Selectmen Robert S. Donovan, Jr., James L. Doggett, Matthew A. Burrill, Charles R. Melvin, Sr., Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley. Minutes were transcribed and typed by Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley.
Non-Public Session under RSA 91:3 II (b) – Fire Department
Selectman Donovan moved to go into Nonpublic Session under RSA 91-A:3 II (b) – Fire Department. Second by Doggett, passed with a unanimous roll call vote: Donovan - aye, Doggett - aye, Burrill - aye, Foote - aye, Melvin - aye.
Selectman Burrill moved to close the non-public meeting at 9:07 pm. Second by Selectman Doggett, with a roll call vote: Donovan – aye, Doggett – aye, Burrill – aye, Melvin – aye. The Selectmen reserve the right to keep all matters confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the members the circumstances no longer apply.
Selectman Doggett moved to sign the Welfare Manifest in the amount of $107.91. Second by Selectman Burrill. Motion passed with a unanimous vote.
Chairman Donovan moved to adjourn at 9:08 pm. Second by Selectman Doggett with a unanimous vote.
