WORK MEETING
- Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Chairman Thayer opened the meeting at 6pm. In attendance were Chairman Raymond D. Thayer, Selectman Charles R. Melvin, Sr., Robert S. Donovan, Jr., Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley and Office Manager Mary B. Winglass. Minutes were transcribed and typed by Office Manager Winglass.
- Town Policies and Procedures
The Board worked on preparing a Town Vehicle Policy to set forth the guidelines under which Town vehicles will be authorized to Town personnel and the guidelines under which Town vehicles may be operated and used.
The Board looked at several other policies from other towns in New Hampshire as a guideline. Town Administrator Wrigley will prepare a draft town vehicle policy per the direction given by the Selectmen. The Board will review the draft next week on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 6pm.
Selectman Donovan adjourned the meeting at 7:32pm.
