MEETING MINUTES
- Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Chairman McCarthy opened the meeting at 4:30pm. In attendance were Trisha J. McCarthy, Selectman Charles R. Melvin, Sr., Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley and Office Manager Mary B. Winglass. Selectman Raymond D. Thayer was not in attendance.

- Sign Payroll and Vendor Manifest
The Board approved the vendor manifest dated 7/30/2012 in the amount of $21,203.77. The Town Administrator signed the vendor manifest in place of Selectman Thayer.
The Board signed a letter to Triumph Modular regarding the electrical riser at 2 Amesbury Road.
Chairman McCarthy discussed an outstanding bill for portable toilets due to Triangle Portable Services. Town Administrator Wrigley checked the Recreation mailbox which was empty. McCarthy will get in contact with Recreation Commission Secretary Sue DiMercurio.
Chairman McCarthy adjourned the meeting at 4:40pm.
