Selectman Ray Thayer called in from Florida and was placed on speaker phone
Call to Order: Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 4:02pm. In attendance were Chairman Trisha J. McCarthy, Selectman Raymond D. Thayer (via speaker phone), Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley and Road Agent Mike Pivero. Minutes were transcribed and typed by Selectmen McCarthy.
Roll call
Scheduled Business: To sign the Payroll Manifest for the period of February 13 – 26, 2011.
McCarthy discussed working with the Fire Chief on his By-Laws. Chief Ingalls told her he would give copies out to some people in the department so they could start up-dating them. Trisha will work with Chief Ingalls on making any updates to comply with current town policies. Discussed working on the appointments for all the call fire fighters. Selectman McCarthy will work with the Chief on various unfinished business i.e.: appointments, oath of office and evaluations.
Discussed next meeting date will be Monday night instead of Tuesday (because of elections on March 8th, 2011).
