Call to Order
Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 4:06pm. In attendance were Chairman Trisha J. McCarthy, Selectman Raymond D. Thayer was on speakerphone, Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley and Office Manager Mary B. Winglass. Minutes were transcribed and typed by Office Manager Winglass. The meeting was held in the Selectmen’s Office.
Scheduled Business:
- Sign Manifests, Requisitions, Abatements, Tax Credits,
Correspondence and Appointments
Chairman McCarthy went through the vendor manifest and made mention of the payments as listed on the manifest.
Chairman McCarthy motioned to approve the Vendor Manifest dated February 25, 2011 in the amount of $69,754.42. Second by Selectman Thayer. Vote: Unanimous.
Adjourn
Chairman McCarthy motioned to adjourn at 4:10pm. Second by Selectman Thayer. Vote: Unanimous.
