SELECTMEN’S MEETING DRAFT MINUTES
October 15, 2010
Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30AM. ~In attendance were Chairman Trisha J. McCarthy, Selectman Raymond D. Thayer, Selectman Robert S. Donovan, Jr. ~Minutes were transcribed and typed by Selectman Trisha McCarthy.
- Review final 2010 Assessment Values per the Statistical Update. Further discussion on the fines as indicated in the contract between the Town and the Assessment Company regarding the August 24th deadline. Town attorney is reviewing the contract and extensions that were signed and will advise us as to our next step.
