Selectmen Minutes for public meeting (site walk)
Date: 9/4/08~
Time: 5:00pm
Location:~ Intersection of Peaslee Crossing and Smith Corner Road Intersection
Having a Quorum the meeting started at 5:00pm
Present were Selectmen Robert S. Donovan Jr., Selectman Trisha J. McCarthy and Road Agent Mike Pivero
The road agent had cones in the road to indicate what the plans say.~ After much discussion and measurements for distance, site and alternatives to make it a safer intersection, a request was made by Road Agent Pivero to have another site walk with the town engineer and town lawyer.
Motion was made by Donovan to contact Town Engineer and Attorney for site walk. Second by McCarthy. All in favor.
Selectmen McCarthy said she would contact the Town Engineer and Town Attorney to co-ordinate a time and date for site walk.~
