SELECTMEN’S SITE WALK MINUTES
JUNE 27, 2007
The Newton Board of Selectmen held a SITE WALK on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at 6:08 PM in order to view the property at 5 Crane Crossing Road to determine per the November 2, 2006 Superior Court Final Order on the merits to bring the property into full compliance with the Town’s ordinances.
Present were Chairman John P. Ulcickas, Selectman Robert S. Donovan, Jr., Selectman Trisha J. McCarthy, Code Enforcement Officer Robert S. Donovan, Sr. and property owner Keith Hart.
The Board noticed that a lot of vehicles have been moved as well as miscellaneous debris. The following pictures were taken by Chairman Ulcickas.

Mr. Hart asked the Selectmen “what is the next step”? Chairman Ulcickas replied that we are sorry that it took so long for the site walk to take place and as we stated in a previous meeting, the Board is prepared to give Mr. Hart 90 days after conducting the site walk and determining what other items need to be removed. Items to be removed are underlined. The Board urged Mr. Hart to continue working on his property.
The site walk adjourned at 6:38pm.
