SELECTMEN’S MEETING MINUTES
April 5, 2007
In attendance were Chairman John P. Ulcickas, Selectman Robert S. Donovan, Jr., Selectman Trisha J. McCarthy and Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley. Minutes were transcribed and typed by Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley.
Chairman Ulcickas motioned to call the non-public meeting back to order at 6:09PM. Second by Selectman Donovan. Roll Call Vote: Chairman Ulcickas – yes, Selectman Donovan – yes, Selectman McCarthy – yes. Vote: Unanimous.
Chairman Ulcickas motioned to close the non-public at 6:45 pm. Seconded by Selectman McCarthy. Per unanimous roll call vote, the minutes of the meeting will remain confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the members the circumstances no longer apply except to announce the hiring of Tina O’Rourke as the new Welfare Agent effective April 8, 2007; the Board approved the Gale Library Employee List for 2007 showing the grade/step and hourly figure of each employee effective April 1, 2007 and the Board accepted the second payroll list to include the Road Agent, Moderator, Supervisors of the Checklist and Cemetery laborers as written with the appropriate Grade and Step effective April 1, 2007 and to place the Code Enforcement Officer under Grade XXIII Step 6 at an hourly rate of $24.95.
