1. Re-sign First Tennessee/Sargent Woods Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release
A. Recreation Commission Re: Payments for Senior Event
B. Resignation from Lisa Babcock, Secretary and Alternate to the Recreation Commission
C. Per RSA 31:95-b to accept and expend unanticipated funds in the amount of $275 donated from local businesses for the Fall Fair for deposit into the Recreation Checking Account.
D. Per RSA 31:95-b to accept and expend unanticipated funds in the amount of $300 to the Newton Food Pantry

- 2010 Tax Rate is $23.84 set by the State of NH Department of Revenue Administration
