PUBLIC NOTICE
SELECTMEN’S SITE WALK
February 17, 2007
The Newton Board of Selectmen will be holding a SITE WALK on Saturday, February 17, 2007 starting at 9:00 AM. The Selectmen will view the property at 1 Heath Street to determine if any progress has been made toward compliance in regards to the excavation at the rear of the property to include mining and burying of demolition or construction material (Newton Zoning Ordinance Section XVIII General Provisions), running a commercial business from the property (Newton Zoning Ordinance Section III Home Occupations) and the use of an accessory apartment (Newton Zoning Ordinance Section XXVI Accessory Apartment).
