SELECTMEN’S MEETING AGENDA
February 5, 2007
The Newton Board of Selectmen will be holding a public meeting on Monday, February 5, 2007 at the Newton Town Hall. The Board will open the public meeting at 6:30 PM and then promptly go into non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II (c) – contractual obligation; (5) - zoning violations; review of the internal assessment report.
The Public Meeting will resume at approximately 7:30pm.

· Second Session of the Annual Town Meeting (Voting Day) is Tuesday, March 13, 2007 from 8am to 8pm at the Memorial School.
