Meeting Minutes of February 2, 2007

Meeting called to order at 6:05 PM
Minutes of Jan. 11 and Jan. 25 accepted as read.
New business/discussion: Bill Kolias presented a timeline, FAQ’s and suggestions for signage, for public relations. A vote was taken and passed to approve money to be spent on signage with conceptual drawings and building information. Five signs will be made and placed at various places in town.
Two informational meetings will be scheduled, the fire department will be making phone calls, and calls will be made from a voter list. At the next meeting, a list of questions will be distributed to the appropriate people/group to start working on presentations.
The next meeting will be February 9, 2007, at the Central Fire Station at 6 PM.
