Meeting Minutes of December 13, 2006
In attendance: Bob Bartlett, Bob Donovan, Sr., Horace Williams, Steve Palmer, Chief Ingalls, Robert Donovan Jr., Selectman.
Public: Mary M. Allen, Representative
Also Present: Steven Wilson, President – Hampshire Development Corp., Kelly Davis, Principal – Sumner Davis Architects, Inc.
Meeting called to order at 6:50 PM.
Presentation of qualifications by Mr. Davis and discussion of the project goals, needs, and budgets.
Committee discussion followed with a motion made and seconded to negotiate Architect’s fees within the budget previously outlined. Motion passed unanimously.
Mr. Wilson to handle negations and report back to the committee at the next meeting on Dec.21.
Chiefs of Police, Fire and OEM Director are requested to prepare lists of equipment needs that fall outside the direct construction parameters of the project. These lists are to be used in the design phase of the facility.
The next meeting will be on December 21st, 6:30 PM, at the Central Fire Station.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 PM.
