Meeting Minutes of November 30 ,2006
In attendance: Bob Bartlett, Steve Palmer, John Owens, EMD, Bob Eileen Patterson, Horace Williams, Rick Daniels,

Meeting called to order at 6:30 PM.
Minutes of November 2, 2006 accepted.
New business/discussion: Steve Wilson of Hampshire Development Corp. presented a proposed building estimate with pricing. There was discussion on the proposed cost of building the Safety Complex and what that price would include, the type of building, and the needs of both departments. It was unanimously passed that Steve Wilson will come back next week with a contract, himself as Construction Manager, to present to the Selectmen. Steve will also contact architects and engineers requesting plans and pricing information.
Committee unanimously voted to contact Samyn-D’Elia architects and terminate our relationship with them.
Committee voted and passed the request to pay an invoice from Denny Quintal, in the amount of $3,337.00, for engineering work.
A vote was taken and passed unanimously to present the warrant article written by the committee to the Selectmen.
There was further discussion on the bonding and financial means.
The next meeting will be December 7,2006, 6:30 PM at the Central Fire Station.
