Meeting Minutes of November 2, 2006
In attendance: Bob Bartlett, Steve Palmer, John Owens, EMD, Bob Donovan Sr., Bob Donovan, Jr., Eileen Patterson, Horace Williams, Larry Streeter.

Meeting called to order at 6 PM.
Minutes of October 19, 2006 accepted.
New business/discussion: Horace Williams has contacted and received information pertaining to the aspect of financial funding from the following banks: Merrimac Savings, Community Trust, and TD North. Further discussion will be had at a future meeting.
Steve Wilson of Hampshire Development Corp. presented the committee with a proposal of a more efficient way to build a complex and capture more useful space. Steve is a general contractor, project manager and estimator. He contacted us through Denny Quintal. Discussion was had on the needs for the complex. Steve will put together a plan and estimate and present it to the committee in two weeks.
The next meeting will be November 16, 2006, at 6:30 PM, at the Central Fire Station.
