Meeting Minutes of February 16, 2006
In attendance: Bob Bartlett, Eileen Patterson, Bob Donovan, Rick Daniels, Horace Williams, Chief Larry Streeter
Meeting called to order at 6:30 PM
Minutes of January 26 and February 2, 2006 accepted.
New business/discussion: An invoice in the amount of $10,069.90 for the architect will be passed onto the selectmen’s office for payment.
A discussion was had as to how the committee can keep all the selectmen up to date on the progression of the committee. It was agreed upon to have a representative of the committee at the selectmen’s meetings, to give updates. A request will be made to be on the agenda for the selectmen’s meetings; beginning with the first meeting that the newly elected selectman will be participating at.
Discussion regarding the fact that changes needed to be made to the conceptual drawings from the architect. The next meeting, February 23, the committee will make the changes to the drawings, and the present them to the architect on March 2.
Discussion regarding energy efficient systems lead to a meeting being set up with a NH company who contacted Bob Bartlett. There was much interest in meeting with them and to invite them to make a presentation of whom they are and what services they provide. We will meet with them on March 23.
Next meeting will be on February 23, 2006, at 6:30 PM at the Central Fire Station.
