Meeting Minutes of January 26, 2006
In attendance: Bob Bartlett, Steve Palmer, Eileen Patterson, Horace Williams, Rick Daniels
Meeting called to order at 6:30 PM
Minutes of January 19, 2006 accepted.
New business/discussion: Public relations were discussed. How the committee should proceed with getting out information regarding the shortcomings of the police and fire departments. A brochure will be completed and distributed by Feb. 2, by Eileen Patterson. The brochure will include the needs of both departments and points of interest. They will be put in public places, such as Post Offices, stores, Town Hall, Library and at the deliberative session.
The architect will be asked to promote the warrant articles, and make presentations.
A vote was taken to approve spending up to $250, for the purpose of printing the brochures that will be distributed to the public.
Letters to the editor will be submitted by committee members.
The next meeting will be on February 2, 2006, at 6:30 PM at the Central Fire Station.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45 PM.
