Meeting Minutes of February 2, 2006
In attendance: Bob Bartlett, Steve Palmer, Chief Bill Ingalls, Bob Donovan, John Owens, EMD, Horace Williams, Norm Harding, Eileen Patterson, Chief Larry Streeter
Meeting called to order at 6:35 PM
New business/discussion: New conceptual drawings were presented by the architect. The Chiefs and EMD (John Owens) reviewed and discussed the drawings with the architect. There were several changes made, there was discussion from the committee as to whether a basement should be add, for the purpose of storage of town records. The architect will make the changes and present revised drawings at a later date. There will be future discussion regarding the basement.
The information brochure was presented for approval. Everyone approved of it.
Letters of thanks to the land owners who came forward with parcels of land will be written and sent out by Bob Bartlett.
The committee discussed who would write letters to the editor and what their content would consist of.
The next meeting will be on February 16, 2006, at 6:30 PM, at the Central Fire Station.
