Meeting Minutes of November 17, 2005
In attendance: Bob Bartlett, Horace Williams, Chief Larry Streeter, Norm Harding, Lynn Harding, Eileen Patterson, Bob Donovan and Rick Daniels
Meeting called to order at 6:35 PM
New business/discussion: Discussion regarding conceptual drawings was had with the land owner. The land owner had new suggestions. The committee was in agreement with the suggestions, and felt that they were very reasonable. The committee voted unanimously to send final revised drawings to the architect.
The Committee had conversation with the land owner regarding his intentions of how the town would obtain land, and what his expectation would be for payment. There was much discussion, the committee unanimously voted to create a proposal between the Town and landowner. It will be sent to the Selectmen, endorsed by the Committee. Once the Selectman finalizes a proposal, a warrant will be written and presented on the March 2006, ballot.
The bonding information received from the attorney was presented by Rick Daniels. There was discussion regarding the requirements for bonding. It was unanimously voted on to send the information to the Selectman with the instruction to have Town Counsel review and confirm that there is no conflict of interest.
Next meeting will be on December 8, 2005 at 6:30 PM, location TBA.
