Work Session Minutes of November 10, 2005
In attendance: Bob Bartlett, Rick Daniels, Horace Williams, Eileen Patterson, Bob Donovan, Norm Harding.
Meeting called to order at 6:40 PM
Minutes of October 27, 2005 accepted.
New business/discussion: Conceptual drawings were presented by John Otte of Samyn-D’Elia Architects. He presented the committee with two proposals. Those present felt that scheme 1 was an excellent proposal. Suggestions were made, and accepted by the architect. A unanimous vote passed to accept scheme 1 (with changes) as the drawing to present to the owner. John will revise the drawings with the changes and contact the land owner to set up a meeting time to present the drawings.
The committee had discussion regarding bonding. Rick Daniels will be obtaining information from the bonding bank.
The committee is waiting to hear from Andy Smith of UNH regarding the results of the Town Survey which was taken last week.
The next work session will be on November 17, 2005, at 6:30 PM. Location to be determined.
