Bob Morton stated that the drainage work was complete at Greenie Park.  He presented invoices totaling $4,315 for the work, coming in under the budget of $5,500. Mr. Morton requested that the unused balance of $1,064 be used for additions and repairs to the sprinkler/irrigation system for the ball fields.

Motion by Nelson to encumber the unused balance of the drainage project for repairs and/or additions to the sprinkler system at Greenie Park.  The unused balance is $1,064.  Second by Slombo. Motion passed unanimously.

Mr. Morton said that he would find out if the sprinkler lines had been blown out for the winter. He also said that he would like to change the mowing schedule for Greenie Park for next year and get the schedule down in writing.
