Minutes
· Vacation Weeks
o Secretary to check with Deb to see if Skateland was available for Feb. vacation.
o Rick motion to appropriate up to $325 for Skateland for Feb. vacation. Nancy, second, in favor – unanimous.
· 2007 Calendar of Events
o All major events will be the same as last year.
o Fall road race will be added to the calendar of events.
o Commission will look into adding an event for senior citizens.
· Bills
o Rick motion to pay $60.48 to Waste Management for Town Beach Dumpster. Nancy second, in favor – unanimous.
· Other Business
o Cathy Surrette attended on behalf of SRHS post prom committee to request funds to purchase supplies, prizes, food, drink machine, popcorn machine, etc. for post prom party to be held at SRHS on May 18th.
o Rick motion to appropriate $500 to the SRHS after prom party committee for slush machine ($285), Walmart ($100) and Sam’s Club ($100) for supplies. Bob second, in favor – unanimous.
o Cathy Surrette will submit a proposal for expenditures and will provide receipts and reconciliation after purchases are made.
o Motion to adjourn 8:45 pm.
