· Vacation Weeks
o Secretary to check with town office re check for Skateland (12/26)
o Deb to contact Skateland for February vacation free skate
· Greenie Park
o Newton Recreation received 4 donations totaling $100 in memory of Dolly Green, late wife of Herman Green.
o Secretary to bring checks to town hall for deposit in savings.
o Rick suggested purchasing a tree with the funds in memory of Dolly.
o Secretary to draft acknowledgement letter to donors.
· Bills
o Nancy to inquire into bill for town beach dumpster $60.48.
· Other Business
o Cathy Surrette attended on behalf of SRHS post prom committee to request funds to purchase supplies, prizes, food, drink machine, popcorn machine, etc. for post prom party to be held at SRHS on May 18th. The commission will discuss at next meeting, January 24th.
o Motion to adjourn 9:00 pm.
