o Rick motion to pay $450 to Dylan Fence to repair skate park fence, Deb second, in favor, unanimous.
o Nancy motion to pay $186 to Sea of Green for lawn care at Greenie Park, contingent upon checking on the bill with Sea of Green for accuracy, in favor, unanimous.
· Other Business
o Next meeting to be held January 10th at 7:30.
