· Swim Program
o Jon Holden attended the meeting, needs two more life guards.
o Jon will post job openings on internet and at Sanborn HS.
o Swim registration will be June 26-30 5-7 pm.
o Swim lessons (1 session) July 10th – August 4th.
o Secretary to update registration form and make available at town hall & for web.
o Secretary to post registration dates on sign.
o Rick will e-mail elementary school to get into flyer.
o Deb motion to give Jon Holden 5% raise for Swim Director job. Life guard pay will increase according to step plan. Rick, second, in favor unanimous.
o Jon to contact police dept. to get phones per Bob.
· Tennis Program
o Adult lessons 4-weeks $30; child lessons 6-weeks $40; team tennis $50
· Greenie Park
o Back road by ball fields is still very muddy
o Bob to get quote for drainage – spoke to Gibbs.
o Health inspector checking on odor & water problem behind bleachers
· Town Beach
o Nancy spread the sand
o Rick to contact Boy Scouts re general cleanup (remove fallen tree, stain picnic tables)
· Bills
o Deb, motion to pay Triangle $226.20 for Town Beach chemical toilet rental, in favor unanimous.
o Rick, motion to pay Screamin Green for lawn maintenance, in favor unanimous.
· Other Business
o Nancy to set up Skateland for July (19, 20 or 21) and August (15, 16 or 17)
o Theresa to contact Town Hall re Water Country tickets
o Next meeting discuss idea for beach party
o Motion to adjourn 10:00 pm.
