· Vacation Weeks
o Rick motion to cancel February vacation activity as budgets have not yet been finalized; Nancy second, unanimous.
· Greenie Park
o Schedule meeting with Baseball to discuss cleanup, have Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts help.
o Rick would like to get a list of individuals with keys to facilities at Greenie Park
o Rick to put together a committee to discuss new park design (playground, pavilion, etc.)
· Town Beach
o New signs needed – nearest phone at Rowe’s corner (when life guards not on duty)
o May need to secure chemical toilet to ground
o Rick to contact Dept. of Environmental Services to inquire about new regulations.
· Other
o Secretary to contact Girl Scouts about Easter Egg Hunt to set date and attend 2/22 meeting.
o Motion to adjourn 9:10.
