Minutes of November 9, 2005 Meeting
Minutes
· Rick – motion to accept minutes of October 26 meeting, in favor, unanimous.
Town Beach
· Gary to call Rockingham Boat for quote on new pontoon raft for town beach, to be delivered in spring if approved.
· Secretary to search web for other possible vendors of rafts.
Tennis
· Rick – motion to spend $100 to purchase supplies for tennis (tennis balls, etc.), in favor, unanimous.
· Secretary to contact companies to get quotes for reconstruction of tennis court.
Vacation Weeks Activies
· Skateland has been booked for November, cost will be approx. $300.
· Deb to call bowling alleys to check for availability during vacation week.
Trails
· Gary to get quote on adding crushed gravel or stone dust to 1.5 miles of Peanut Trail.
Other
· Rick submitted bill for supplies for rec. $77.27.
· Next meeting has been rescheduled to November 30th. Secretary will do reminder calls.
· Rick – motion to adjourn at 9:30.
