PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING AGENDA
DECEMBER 8, 2015
Notice is hereby given that the Newton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing and Public Meeting on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:
PUBLIC HEARING
- Town of Newton, NH review of amendments to zoning ordinances for inclusion on the 2016 Town Warrant.
- Section X - General Provisions, Paragraph 4. Revisions regarding storage of vehicles on a property intended to bring the language of the Town of Newton Zoning Ordinance into compliance with State of NH RSA 266:1.
- Section XXXV - Commercial Architecture, Subsection III – Commercial Design Standards, Subsection B – Signs, Paragraphs 1 and 4. Revisions regarding sign design standards intended to eliminate conflicting language in different sections of the Town of Newton Zoning Ordinance.
PUBLIC MEETING
1. Todd Fitzgerald of Newton, NH continuation of review regarding performance guarantee requirements for construction of Zena Lane subdivision and roadway.
2. Todd Fitzgerald of Newton, NH continuation of review regarding NHDOT driveway permit for property located at Tax Map 13, Block 2, Lot 15.
