Notice is hereby given that the Newton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing and Meeting on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:
1. Town of Newton, NH Planning Board officer elections and alternate member appointments.
2. Patricia Bateman of Nottingham, NH continuation of a public hearing for a minor site plan review at 19 South Main Street. The property is referenced as Tax Map 11, Block 5, Lot 19.

a. Review of Sargent Woods expansion project performance guarantee.
b. Review of conditional use permit for a home based business (firearms dealer) at 11 Kenwood Drive for Richard Thomas.
