PUBLIC HEARING AND WORK SESSION AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Newton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing and Work Session on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:
PUBLIC HEARING
- Town of Newton, NH review of amendment to zoning ordinance for inclusion on the Town Warrant.
- Location on Lot. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to make editorial changes which clarify the original intent of the setback requirements within the Light Industrial/Commercial Zone area regulations.
WORK SESSION
- Town of Newton, NH review of State of New Hampshire application for auto inspection station.
- Michael Bell, Rockingham Auto Repair – 2 Puzzle Lane, unit #5
