Notice is hereby given that the Newton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing and Public Meeting on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:
- Maria Pernyeszi of Newton, NH requests a public hearing to obtain a conditional use permit for a home based business (home office) at 70 Heath Street. The property is referenced as Tax Map 4, Block 5, Lot 10-6.
- Anthony Tedoldi of Newton, NH requests a public hearing to obtain a conditional use permit for a home based business (plumbing and heating) at 10 Nordic Wood Lane. The property is referenced as Tax Map 9, Block 3, Lot 15-8.
