Notice is hereby given that the Newton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing and Public Meeting on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:
- 125 Development NH Corp. of Plaistow, NH continuation of a public hearing for a major non-residential site plan at Puzzle Lane. The property is referenced as Tax Map 14, Block 1, Lot 27-4.
- Review of latest plan revision and town engineer report for Lot 27-4 Phase I
- Review of As-Built plans and Certificates of Occupancy for Lot 27-1 Phase II
- Other Board Business and Correspondence
- Review copier maintenance contract for 2011
- Acceptance of minutes from 1/25/11, 11/8/10, and 9/14/10 meetings
- Manifests
- Incoming Correspondence
- As-Built plans for Sargent Woods showing progress to date. Plans available in Planning Board office.
- Letter from Code enforcement re: final disposition of complaint
- Statements of Account for active NPREA accounts
