PUBLIC HEARING AND WORK SESSION MEETING AGENDA
DECEMBER 28, 2010
Notice is hereby given that the Newton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing and Work Session Meeting on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:
PUBLIC HEARING
- Town of Newton, NH review of amendments to zoning ordinances and petitioned articles for inclusion on the Town Warrant.
- Keith Hart of 5 Crane Crossing - change the designation of the parcel of land as shown on Newton Tax Maps as Map 6, Block 5, Lot 11 from being part of and in the Residential A zone to being a part of and in the Commercial zone.
- Proposal for the establishment of a Newton Agricultural Commission
- Warrant article language for proposed village district zoning in the areas of Rowe's Corner, Central Main Street, and Newton Junction.
