PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Newton Planning Board will conduct a Work Session and a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 beginning at 7:00 pm in the Planning Board office at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:
- 7:00 PM Theodore Brown of Newton, NH requests a public hearing for plan acceptance and review for a Lot Line Adjustment at 20 and 16 Thornell Rd, Newton. The property is referenced as Tax Map 12, Block 2, Lots 22 and 22-1.
- 7:20 PM Joanna Markham: request to address board concerning commercial business at 2 West Main Street.
- 7:35 PM Joseph Ferrandi: request for Town Acceptance of Patriot Drive.
- 7:50 PM Ann McKillop Araki of Boise, ID: continuation of a public hearing for a 4-lot Subdivision and Roadway at 9 Sarah's Way, Newton. The property is referenced as Tax Map 10, Block 2, Lot 10-7.
- 8:30 PM The Town of Newton, NH will continue a Public Hearing for proposed amendments to the Subdivision Regulations, Site Plan Review Regulations and the Policies and Procedures Manual regarding excavation.
- 8:45 PM Maplevale Builders: requests a bond reduction for Katherine Drive.
