PUBLIC HEARING AND WORK SESSION AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Newton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing and then a Work Session on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 beginning at 7:00 pm in the Planning Board office at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:
- The Town of Newton, NH will hold a Public Hearing for proposed amendments to the Subdivision Regulations, Site Plan Review Regulations and the Policies and Procedures Manual regarding excavation.
- Coleman McDonough, requests an extension on the conditional approval for a site plan at Tax Map 14, Block 1, Lot 27-1, Phase II.
