Pursuant to NH RSA 676:4, I (d), notice is hereby given of PUBLIC HEARINGS to be held by the Newton Planning Board on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:

1.      James M. Foy of Kingston, NH requests a Public Hearing for a Lot Line Adjustment and Voluntary Lot Merger at 63 Peaslee Crossing and Thornell Road. The property is referenced as Tax Map 7, Block 6, Lot 9-1 and Tax Map 6, Block 8, Lot 6.

2.      Fred Gundersen request for Town acceptance of Nordic Woods Lane.

3.      Roadway Acceptance Procedure minor changes submitted by Town Engineer.
