Pursuant to NH RSA 676:4, I (d), notice is hereby given of PUBLIC HEARINGS to be held by the Newton Planning Board on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:
1. 7:00 PM RPC Targeted Block Grant: Circuit Rider Planner David West will give a presentation regarding the Targeted Block Grant recently awarded to the Newton Planning Board for Zoning Review.
2. 7:30 PM Timothy and Jean Ann Krause: request a Public Hearing for a conditional use permit for an accessory apartment at 13 Thornell Road. The property is referenced as Tax Map 12, Block 1, Lot 3.
3. 7:45 PM The Town of Newton, NH: public hearing for proposed amendments to the Subdivision Regulations and the Site Plan Review Regulations regarding the following:
