Notice is hereby given that the Newton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing and a Work Session on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 beginning at 7:00 pm in the Planning Board office at the Newton Town Hall.  The following items will be discussed:

1.      7:00 pm Maplevale Builders of East Kingston, NH requests a Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for an accessory apartment located at 18 Walnut Farm Road.  The property is referenced as Tax Map 13, Block 3, Lot 8-13.

2.      Maplevale Builders/Walnut Farm Road – Bond reduction request.

3.      Haverhill Boys & Girls Club/Camp Tasker – requests sign approval.

4.      E. Estey – request to discuss use of property.
