Pursuant to NH RSA 676:4, I (d), notice is hereby given of a PUBLIC HEARING to be held by the Newton Planning Board on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be heard:
1. 7:00 PM CBI request for consideration of final approval on a Major Non-Residential Site Plan and lot-line adjustment at 22 Whittier Street. The properties referenced are: Tax Map 6, Block 13, Lot 2, Tax Map 6, Block 13, Lot 3 and Tax Map 6, Block 12, Lot 3.
2. 7:15 PM The Town of Newton, NH will hold a public hearing for review and adoption of additions to the Non-Residential Site Plan Regulations and the Subdivision Regulations as required for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). The text is available for review at the Town Hall.
3. 7:30 PM The Town of Newton, NH will hold a public hearing for review and adoption of the Capital Improvements Program Chapter of the Master Plan. A draft copy is available for review at the Town Hall.
