Notice is hereby given that the Newton Planning Board will conduct a Work Session on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 beginning at 7:00 pm in the Planning Board office at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:
1. Consideration of item tabled at 1/22/08 Public Hearing: 125 Development NH Corp. and Maplevale Builders, LLC public hearing for consideration of a lot line adjustment between two lots at Puzzle Lane and Walnut Farm Road referenced as 14-1-27-4 and 13-3-8-6.
2. Other Board Business
a. Robert S. Donovan, Sr. Voluntary Lot Merger 38 Maple Ave., 9-3-21 & 9-3-20.
b. Acceptance of minutes from 1/22/08 Public Hearing
c. Master Plan – Review Land Use chapter changes from Eric Steltzer
