Pursuant to NH RSA 676:4, I (d), notice is hereby given of a PUBLIC MEETING to be held by the Newton Planning Board on November 13, 2007 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be heard:

1.      7:00 PM William Colbert: Public hearing for a minor non-residential site plan at 16 Amesbury Road.  The property is referenced as Tax Map 10, Block 7, Lot 20-1.

2.      7:30 PM Town of Newton, NH: Continuation of public hearing for review and adoption of proposed amendments to the Subdivision Regulations and the Site Plan Review Regulations regarding the following:
a.      Application fees and procedures

3.      7:45 PM Road Bonds and Roadway Acceptance
a.      Dave Storey/Walnut Farm – Bond reduction request
b.      Al Bailey/Felicia Drive – Bond reduction request & roadway acceptance request
c.      DC Development/Philip Way – roadway acceptance request
