I.      Operating Budget and NPREA Expense Manifests

II.     Review and approval of past meeting minutes dated 6/13, 9/13, 11/1, 11/14, 11/28

III.    7:15 - 7:45 PM
Brian & Jane DeShaies: Public Hearing to consider the request of Brian & Jane DeShaies for a 2-Lot Subdivision at 60 Williamine Drive, Newton NH, Map 8, Block 2, Lot 17-4. (Note: This project was conditionally approved in March 2004; the conditions of approval were not met within six months and the approval lapsed.)

IV.     7:45 - 8:00 PM
Sara Realty/Whispering Pines (JA 11/14/06): Continuation of public hearing for a major non-residential site plan review for the expansion by thirty-eight additional camp sites of an existing campground on property owned by Sara Realty LLC and located at 8 Wenmarks Road, Map 5/Block 1/Lot 5.

V.      8:00-8:15 PM
Estate of Sara E. Cleary, Charles Marden (JA 10/10/06): Continuation of public hearing for a six-lot residential subdivision on addressStreetHeath Street. ~The property is owned by Estate of Sara E. Cleary, Charles Marden and is referenced as Map 4/Block 6/Lot 3.

VI.     8:15 – 8:30 PM
Nichols/Sargent Woods: Continuation of Board deliberation on Mr. Nichols’ request to modify a conditional approval received on October 12, 2004 for an eighty unit elderly cluster development at addressStreetSmith Corner Road, Map 8, Block 3, placeLot 11 (known as Sargent Woods).

VII.    8:30PM Request of Coleman McDonough for the Board to review a proposed tenant for placeLot 27-3.

VIII.   Correspondence & Other Board Business

A)      Master Plan – Dr. Robinson has requested that the Board, together with the Board of Selectmen, extend the time to complete work under the Master Plan contract through June 30, 2007
B)      Bond Reduction Requests:
1)      Davlynn/Storey Estates
2)      LaRochelle/George’s Way
3)      Fitzgerald/Peaslee Estates; also request to accept road
4)      Request for six-months extension to conditional approval for Fitz Estates
C)      Correspondence/complaint from abutters to S&R Construction project
D)      Administrative assistant search
E)      Schedule of upcoming meetings:
1)      Dec. 26, 2006 – worksession?
2)      January 2007 2nd Public Hearing for proposed ordinances for warrant
3)      Schedule of meetings for 2007, aligned with the schedules provided by the Planner and approved by the Board on 8/22/06.
