Notice is hereby given that the Newton Planning Board will conduct a Work Session on Tuesday, May 23, 2006 beginning at 7 PM in the Planning Board office at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:
1. Under the provisions of NH RSA 91:a, the Board will enter into non-public session to discuss a potential legal matter.

3. Acceptance of May 23, 2006 Manifest
4. Board Business
v Discussion regarding Jurisdictional Time Limit
v Development of checklist for same
v Discussion about attorney fees: retainer versus hourly
v Ordinance & regulations: proposed changes
v RFP for the Engineering Contract
5. Adjournment
