PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
- Call to Order: 10:02 A.M.
- In Attendance: Lynne Camp, Chairperson; Kathy Meserve, Treasurer; Terry Caswell, Director; Anne Banks, Secretary; Julie Lamere, alternate. Also present was Pat Estabrook, who is the President of the Friends of the Gale Library.
- This public hearing was held in accordance with RSA 202-A:4-c III, regarding acceptance by the Library Trustees of a donation greater than $5,000. The Gale Library Friends’ group had raised this money in order to fund the replacement of carpeting in the upstairs area of the Library. The existing carpeting was not in good condition. The Trustees thanked the Friends for their generous donation. Lynne checked to be sure no member of the public was on the premises waiting to be heard. Finding no one, Lynne moved to accept the donation from the Friends in the amount of $5,367.90. Kathy seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
- Lynne closed the meeting at 10:10 A.M.
