Gale Library Trustees Meeting Minutes

TIME: 7:00 pm
CALL TO ORDER: 7:01 pm
ROLL CALL: Sally Woodman, Chair; Carol Szot, Treasurer; Kathy Meserve, Secretary;
BUSINESS: Sally and Kathy initialed the Amazon invoice. Sally motioned that the Trustees accept the window replacement proposal from Newton Glass & Garage Door and that we spend $7040.00 for replacement windows for the Gale Library. Motion seconded by Carol Szot. Vote was unanimous. It was noted that Terry is attempting to get an estimate for central air conditioning. It was suggested that if the Friends of the Gale Library purchase a new sign for the library, that it be installed after the windows are replaced.
