CALL TO ORDER: 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Marilyn Landry, Chair; Carol Szot,
Treasurer; Sally Woodman, Secretary
MINUTES:
This special meeting was called to address the default budget passed at the March elections. The Trustees choose to implement merit raises for the library staff. A motion was made, seconded, and voted unanimously to use the surplus of monies from the 2008 library’s payroll. The staff should receive the bonuses sometime in April of this year.
