SECRETARY’S REPORT:              Read, discussed and accepted.
LIBRARY DIRECTOR’S REPORT:      Read, discussed and accepted.
TREASURER’S REPORT:                     Read, discussed and accepted.
COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDANCE:
-Irene Nally, President of the Friends of the Library, sent a letter thanking the staff and trustees of the library for all the help given to the friends during the year.
- Terry Caswell has recently completed a course entitled, ‘Library and Information Technology,’ from the University of Maine. In a letter to Terry, Tamara Blesh, her instructor, praised Terry’s competence and awarding her an A for the course. Our congratulations on a job well done.
-Two letters containing contributions to the Gale Library were read. Patricia Seymour gave $50.00 and the Suraci family
donated $1500.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:    
-The issue of the water testing and results were discussed. We decided to continue this discussion at the next meeting as it would allow us more time to reflect on choices.
-The last two job description policies were signed. It was felt that reviewing these policies every three years would be beneficial.

NEW BUSINESS:
-       - The finalized copy of Vachon, Clukay, and Co., certified public accountants was read and discussed.
-       Carol Szot will submit a warrant article, RSA 202A: 4-c, which deals with the acceptance of monies by the Trustees.
-       -Terry informed us about the, “Book Prospector Used Book Company”. It is an internet site which can be used as a resource in determining the prices of used books. This site is free.
