CALL TO ORDER: 7:05p.m.

SPECIAL MEETING:
The board is meeting to address considerations for unexpected revenue of $14.008.19. This amount was discovered during the 2005 audit. The following is a list of items that were discussed and the actions taken.
- one new computer and two new flat screen monitors – accepted
- wireless capabilities – tabled
- counter tops – accepted
- wiring the shed – denied
- installation of florescent lighting upstairs as well as one bank of
lights on the main floor – accepted
- replacement for the stairs leading to the attic – denied
- carpet cleaning – accepted
- refinishing the lower hallway and stairs leading to the second floor- accepted
Several other items will be discussed at the next scheduled meeting. They are: 1. shelves for the shed, 2.a battery powered light for the shed, 3. upstairs security measures, 4. hiring someone to address the problematic outside
backdoor light.
